Frequently Asked Questions

We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to help ensure same week delivery. Due to the hardy nature of succulents, they can survive up to a week in a box. All succulents will be carefully wrapped and kept at a regulated temperature to make sure your plant babies arrive in perfect condition.

• Winter Shipping- Heat Packs can be purchased through online store to ensure succulents stay safe in cold temperatures

Some of our succulents come from growers in Southern California. The rest are propagated by us and grown in house in Annapolis, MD. 

1. When checking out select the "in-person pick" up option. 

NOTE: This option will require you to physically pick up your product from our office in Annapolis and is only available Monday-Thursday. 

2. Please specify date and time of desired pickup during checkout.

NOTE: this does not mean you will be able to get your product at this exact time 

3. please wait for email response to confirm pickup time. Once pickup information is confirmed you will receive emailed instructions on how to proceed. 

Local delivery means that we will personally hand deliver your package to you.

NOTE: this option is only available in the Anne Arundel County area and will cost a flat fee of $10. Delivery times may vary.
